Supplier Standards and Equipment Listing Policy

1. Approved Equipment Categories

The Platform currently supports the following equipment categories only (the "Whitelist"). Only equipment falling within these categories is eligible for listing:

• Audio bundles (speakers, stands, mixers, wireless microphones)
• Lighting packages (LED uplights, par cans, basic controllers and accessories)
• Projector and screen kits
• Photo booths (iPad/SLR booths, props, backdrops, stands)
• Premium décor (flower walls, arches, pipe-and-drape, backdrops, décor bundles)
• Premium seating and table sets

Any equipment not within these categories is strictly prohibited. AidersPlus reserves the right to update the Whitelist at any time.

2. Listing Requirements

Each listing must:

• Accurately describe the equipment, including its condition, all included components, and any known defects, wear, or limitations
• State the rental period, pickup location, and any applicable restrictions
• Only include equipment owned by or under the lawful control of the Supplier
• Not include any misrepresentations about capabilities, included components, or condition
• Be kept current — if a component is lost, damaged, or changed, the listing must be updated before the next Booking

3. Photograph Requirements

Each listing must include at least three (3) clear, recent photographs that accurately represent the equipment's current condition. Photographs must:

• Be taken within a reasonable period before the listing is activated or renewed
• Show the complete equipment bundle and all major components
• Accurately reflect current condition — photographs of equipment in better condition than its current state are not permitted
• Not be stock photographs, manufacturer images, or images of equipment the Supplier does not own

4. Equipment Condition and Safety

The Supplier warrants that at the time of each Booking pickup, all listed equipment will:

• Be in clean, good working order
• Include all components described in the listing
• Be safe for its intended use and compliant with applicable safety standards and electrical codes
• Not be subject to any lien, security interest, or encumbrance that restricts rental

AidersPlus does not inspect equipment. Marketplace review does not constitute an inspection certificate or safety certification.

5. Pricing, Availability, and Response Time

Suppliers set their own rental prices and manage their own availability calendars. Suppliers are responsible for:

• Keeping availability calendars accurate and up to date at all times
• Responding to Booking requests within forty-eight (48) hours — requests not responded to within this window are automatically declined
• Providing clear pickup instructions and being available within their stated pickup window
• Honouring all confirmed Bookings

6. Supplier Identity Verification and Onboarding

Suppliers must complete Stripe's identity verification and onboarding before a listing is activated and before payouts can be issued. AidersPlus reviews Supplier identity status and listing content before activation. Activation is not guaranteed and is at AidersPlus's discretion.
