Accessibility at AidersPlus

A clear experience should work for everyone.

AidersPlus is committed to making our marketing site, marketplace information and customer support easier to use for people with disabilities. This statement explains our approach, how to request help and how to report a barrier.

Our commitment

Practical access, clear information and respectful support.

We want Renters, Suppliers and visitors to be able to find information, understand the rental process and contact AidersPlus without unnecessary barriers. Accessibility is considered in our page structure, content, forms, navigation and support practices.

Accessibility needs differ. If a feature or document does not work well for you, please contact us so we can help and consider an appropriate improvement.

Our approach

How we design and review the experience.

Keyboard access

Important controls and links should be usable without a mouse, with a visible keyboard focus.

Clear structure

Pages use meaningful headings, labels and landmarks to support navigation and assistive technology.

Readable presentation

We use legible text, practical contrast, responsive layouts and content that can adapt to different screen sizes.

Useful alternatives

Images include text alternatives when they communicate information, while decorative images are kept out of the reading flow.

Plain language

We aim to explain fees, deposits, pickup, return and policies directly and consistently.

Reduced motion

Where motion is used, the experience is designed to respect a device's reduced-motion preference.

Help and alternate formats

Ask for information in a format that works better for you.

You may contact AidersPlus if you need help using the website, understanding a step in the rental process or receiving an available document in an alternate format. Tell us what content you need and which format or communication method would be most useful.

We will review the request, confirm what can be provided and work with you on a practical option. Availability and timing may depend on the requested format and the source material.

Report a barrier

Tell us what happened and where.

To help us investigate, include the page or feature involved, what you were trying to do, the device or browser you were using if known, and the type of assistance you need. Please do not send payment-card numbers, identity documents or other sensitive personal information by regular email.

Contact AidersPlus

Email is the best option for a detailed accessibility request. You can also call us for general assistance.

Booking-specific help: If your request concerns a confirmed Booking, include the Booking reference but do not include payment details. You may contact bookings@aidersplus.ca.

Third-party services

Some steps use integrated service providers.

The AidersPlus experience may connect to third-party services for marketplace functions, secure payments or identity verification. Those providers maintain their own interfaces and accessibility features. If you encounter a barrier during an integrated step, contact AidersPlus and identify the step so we can help route the issue and consider an available alternative.

Ongoing improvement

Accessibility is part of our review process.

We review feedback, test important journeys and prioritize issues that prevent people from finding information, requesting equipment, completing required steps or getting support. This statement may be updated as the AidersPlus platform and support processes change.

This page describes our accessibility approach. It does not replace the AidersPlus Terms of Service, Privacy Policy or transaction policies.
