Pay after acceptance
Nothing is charged while pending. Stripe processes the disclosed checkout only after Supplier acceptance.
Document pickup and return
At each handoff, the Renter and Supplier complete separate Jotform records with at least three current photos each.
Launch standard: pickup and return. Do not assume delivery, setup, takedown, operation or attendance unless the listing and confirmed Booking expressly include the service.

How do I know whether an audio bundle is large enough?
Compare the Supplier's stated use, speaker specifications and component list with your guest count, room size and event format. Ask the Supplier a focused question through the marketplace if an important detail is missing.
Are microphones and stands always included?
No. Each listing controls. Check the itemized bundle contents for microphone type, quantity, receivers, stands, clips and cables before requesting.
Can I connect my phone, laptop or DJ controller?
Only if the listed inputs and included cables support your device. Confirm the connector type and any required adapter before the Booking is accepted.
Does the Supplier provide setup or a sound operator?
Do not assume either service. Pickup and return are the launch standard. Setup, an operator or any other service applies only when expressly described in the listing and confirmed Booking.
What Deposit tier applies to Audio Bundles?
Audio Bundles use a CAD $500 card-on-file Deposit tier. It is consent for possible later recovery under the applicable terms—not a hold, freeze, pending transaction or charge at booking.
