The Deposit tier is card-on-file consent only. AidersPlus does not hold, freeze, reduce available funds, create a pending Deposit transaction or charge the Deposit at booking.

Verify and request
Complete Stripe Identity before the first Booking, then submit your dates. The Supplier has up to 48 hours to respond.
Pay after acceptance
Nothing is charged while pending. Stripe processes the disclosed checkout only after Supplier acceptance.
Document pickup and return
At each handoff, the Renter and Supplier complete separate Jotform records with at least three current photos each.
Launch standard: pickup and return. Do not assume delivery, setup, takedown, operation or attendance unless the listing and confirmed Booking expressly include the service.

Can I choose the lighting colours?
That depends on the fixtures and controls in the listing. Review the described modes, colour options and included remote or controller before requesting.
Can event lights be used outdoors?
Only when the Supplier states that the equipment is suitable for the intended outdoor conditions. Keep weather exposure, power protection and venue rules in your planning.
Are extension cords and stands included?
Not automatically. Confirm every power cable, extension, stand, base, clamp or bracket in the listing's itemized contents.
Will the Supplier install the lights?
Pickup and return are the launch standard. Installation, delivery, takedown or on-site support applies only if expressly included in the listing and confirmed Booking.
What Deposit tier applies to Lighting Packages?
Lighting Packages use a CAD $300 card-on-file Deposit tier. No amount is held, frozen or charged as a Deposit at booking.
