The Deposit tier is card-on-file consent only. AidersPlus does not hold, freeze, reduce available funds, create a pending Deposit transaction or charge the Deposit at booking.

The optional Damage Waiver is a contractual risk-sharing benefit, not insurance. It has a CAD $750 aggregate limit per Booking for eligible accidental physical damage and stated exclusions. Complete terms govern.

Verify and request
Complete Stripe Identity before the first Booking, then submit your dates. The Supplier has up to 48 hours to respond.
Pay after acceptance
Nothing is charged while pending. Stripe processes the disclosed checkout only after Supplier acceptance.
Document pickup and return
At each handoff, the Renter and Supplier complete separate Jotform records with at least three current photos each.
Launch standard: pickup and return. Do not assume delivery, setup, takedown, operation or attendance unless the listing and confirmed Booking expressly include the service.

Does every Photo Booth include printing?
No. Some equipment may support digital capture or sharing only. Printing, paper, ink, templates and quantity limits must be expressly stated in the listing to apply.
Are a backdrop and props included?
Only when itemized. Confirm the backdrop dimensions, frame, carrying pieces, prop selection and any replacement responsibilities before requesting.
Does a Photo Booth need Wi-Fi?
It depends on the equipment and the selected features. Capture may work without Wi-Fi while digital sharing may require a connection. Follow the listing's requirements.
Will someone operate the booth during my event?
An attendant is not assumed. Check whether the listing is self-serve or expressly includes operating support in the confirmed Booking.
What Deposit tier applies to Photo Booths?
Photo Booths use a CAD $500 card-on-file Deposit tier. It is not held or charged at booking and does not reduce the Renter's available balance.
