The Deposit tier is card-on-file consent only. AidersPlus does not hold, freeze, reduce available funds, create a pending Deposit transaction or charge the Deposit at booking.

Verify and request
Complete Stripe Identity before the first Booking, then submit your dates. The Supplier has up to 48 hours to respond.
Pay after acceptance
Nothing is charged while pending. Stripe processes the disclosed checkout only after Supplier acceptance.
Document pickup and return
At each handoff, the Renter and Supplier complete separate Jotform records with at least three current photos each.
Launch standard: pickup and return. Do not assume delivery, setup, takedown, operation or attendance unless the listing and confirmed Booking expressly include the service.

Are flowers or candles included with Premium Decor?
Not unless the listing specifically identifies them. Never assume fresh florals, open flames, candles or consumable accessories are part of a decorative structure.
How can I confirm that an arch or backdrop will fit?
Compare the listing's assembled dimensions with the room, ceiling, door, elevator and vehicle measurements. Include bases, weights and safe clearance in your plan.
Who assembles the decor?
The listing and confirmed Booking control. Pickup and return are standard at launch, so delivery, assembly, styling and takedown must be expressly included to apply.
What should I check in the listing photos?
Review current condition, colour, finish, panel seams, hardware and the scale of the piece. The listing must have 3–20 clear, current photos.
What Deposit tier applies to Premium Decor?
Premium Decor uses a CAD $150 card-on-file Deposit tier. There is no Deposit hold, freeze, pending transaction or charge at booking.
